She has developed a high level of expertise in developing and leading people strategies that align with vision and purpose whilst fostering a robust and engaged workforce. Her passion lies in creating a sustainable working culture for clients that helps improve staff morale and drives quality performance outcomes and workforce success.

She has a wealth of experience managing complex HR projects such as workforce restructuring and change management initiatives.
